Point of Care Testing Analyzer
Our first assays focus on Vancomycin therapeutic drug monitoring and IL-6 detection, powered by cutting-edge aptamer-based technology.
Select a single-use test strip.
Insert it into the analyzer.
Apply a small sample of patient’s venous blood.
Get result in just 60 seconds.

AptaSense is designed as a scalable diagnostic platform. With every new assay added to our portfolio, the same analyzer becomes capable of performing more tests, continuously increasing its clinical value over time.

Created with everyday hospital reality in mind, these strips are part of a vision to make therapeutic monitoring fast, intuitive, and accessible wherever it’s needed most.
We empower diagnostic laboratories and hospitals with tools that simplify processes and accelerate clinical insights.
Aptamedica uses aptamer-based sensing to recognize drug molecules in venous blood and translate molecular binding into a measurable diagnostic readout.
Drug molecules circulate in a small venous blood sample.
Selective aptamers are immobilized on the sensor surface.
The target drug is captured by its molecular recognition site.
Binding reshapes the aptamer and changes the sensor interface.
The molecular event is translated into a measurable signal.
Technology allows for more
Continuous drug level measurement for up to 6 hours, optimizing treatment in critical care.
Designed for hemodialysis circuits, enabling bedside therapeutic drug monitoring.
Continuous, real-time drug monitoring tailored to each patient’s unique metabolism.
